After more than 50 years of combined experience in the commercial real estate field, Kay Kauchick, MAI, and James Kauchick founded Value Tech in 2002. Value Tech is now recognized as a leader in the industry, providing extensive research analyses for various commercial developers, lenders, federal and local government branches, and owners/investors. To maintain the high level of quality the company is known for, the team undergoes regular training and reassesses its products and services to constantly improve.
Amanda Seay
Real Estate Market Analyst
Amanda is the primary researcher and project coordinator for our military practice. She is one of our most senior analysts for multifamily market studies and leverages this expertise internally by training our newest team members. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida.
Connor Soule
Real Estate Market Analyst
Connor developed a passion for real estate while attending the University of South Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance. This passion has led to an incipient career in the field, with a focus on senior healthcare. He is the company’s primary researcher for healthcare market studies.
