Quintin Kauchick

Quintin joined Value Tech Realty Services in January 2021. He is a real estate consultant focused primarily on the multifamily arena. He has been active in the real estate industry since 2015 with experience in acquisition due diligence, valuation, and market research.
At Value Tech his experience is utilized in market research for mixed-use, affordable, and market-rate apartment communities. He is currently the project lead for consulting assignments that require feasibility and/or concept studies. His experience is focused on developments that are best-in-class or unique for the target market.
The municipal consulting practice is also led by Mr. Kauchick. Municipalities utilize his expertise for their long-term planning of multifamily, healthcare, office, and hospitality land uses.
Quintin is a licensed appraiser with a focus on healthcare and multifamily. His experience in multifamily and healthcare includes HUD compliant 221(d)(4), 223(f), and 232 LEAN appraisals, conventional financing, affordable programs, as well as various capital stacks.

Amanda Seay
Bio
Amanda is a real estate analyst and project coordinator specializing in market studies involving multifamily and military housing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of South Florida. Being a certified member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts, Amanda’s professional experience and clientele includes private equity firms, state housing finance agencies, national lenders, and developers. Amanda is one of our most senior analysts and has performed market-rate and income-restricted market analyses across 20 states with Value Tech Realty Services, Inc.

Brooke Smith
Bio
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a focus on linguistics and publishing from the University of Central Florida. She joined Value Tech in 2023 and reviews reports before they are delivered to clients. She also takes on part of the administrative responsibilities.

Brian Kueffer
Bio
Brian graduated from University of Kansas with degrees in History and Communication and holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Tampa. Brian’s day-to-day responsibilities often include providing assistance on consulting assignments, project concept feasibility, and financial projections.
